Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Division of International Student Management & Administration (BPPA) under the Registrar’s Office.
  2. Liaise with Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for the issuance of student passes and visas.
  3. Prepare the Quarterly Report on Foreign Student Management for submission to the Department of Higher Education.
  4. Manage the renewal of approval for international student intake with the Department of Higher Education and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
  5. Collaborate with relevant departments in drafting and updating policies related to the management and administration of international students.
  6. Work with relevant departments to ensure the welfare of international students is well taken care of throughout their studies at KPMAIWP.
  7. Enhance the quality of BPPA through surveys and feedback from international students.

 

Minimum Qualification
  1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  2. Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in international student management and administration within an educational institution
  3. Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
  4. Committed to teamwork, flexible, proactive, and capable of collaborating with staff at all levels. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Demonstrate good proficiency in both written and spoken English.

YBhg. Dr. Ruziah Binti Ghazali is a prominent leader in Malaysia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, recognized with the Special Award for Master Coach in Education Development from TVETecoUSIM. She advocates for Islamic TVET and supports individuals with disabilities, contributing to the book “Nothing is Impossible – Success Stories of Persons with Disabilities.”

As a scholar and Islamic Woman Entrepreneur, she focuses on women’s and community development and was honored as Tokoh Saidatina Aishah during National Women’s Day in 2021.

Dr. Ruziah holds a PhD in Educational Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Science in Educational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Islamic Studies from the University of Malaya. She is also a licensed Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
