Job Responsibilities

Lead the Division of International Student Management & Administration (BPPA) under the Registrar’s Office.
Liaise with Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for the issuance of student passes and visas.
Prepare the Quarterly Report on Foreign Student Management for submission to the Department of Higher Education.
Manage the renewal of approval for international student intake with the Department of Higher Education and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Collaborate with relevant departments in drafting and updating policies related to the management and administration of international students.
Work with relevant departments to ensure the welfare of international students is well taken care of throughout their studies at KPMAIWP.
Enhance the quality of BPPA through surveys and feedback from international students.

Minimum Qualification

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in international student management and administration within an educational institution
Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
Committed to teamwork, flexible, proactive, and capable of collaborating with staff at all levels. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
