Jejualley Fest 2026: SPPT KPMAIWP Students Rise to the Entrepreneurship Challenge

KUALA LUMPUR,  29 June 2026 – The School of Accounting, Management and Technology (SPPT), Kolej Profesional MAIWP (KPMAIWP), successfully organized the “Jejualley Fest 2026” entrepreneurship program today. The vibrant event took place at the parking area and lobby of the KPMAIWP Female Student Residence.

The entrepreneurship initiative saw active participation from students taking the Entrepreneurship course (ENT300) across the DBS, DIA, DIBA, and DACC programs. The presence of Mrs. Nur Hidayah binti Johari, Head of School for SPPT, alongside the academic staff, boosted the morale of the participating students.

The officiating ceremony was conducted by Mr. Mohamad Amzari bin Aziz, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Administration & Operations) of KPMAIWP. In his address, he shared key insights and encouraging words to inspire the students as they managed their businesses. The festival featured 19 student-run stalls offering a diverse array of food and beverages. The event area was filled with excitement as college members turned out in large numbers to show their support.

The organization of “Jejualley Fest 2026” serves to fulfill course assessments in line with the learning outcomes of the entrepreneurship subject. Beyond meeting academic requirements, this practical program aims to provide students with real-world exposure to the practical challenges of building a successful business.

It is hoped that the valuable experience gained throughout this event will serve as a catalyst for students to continue honing their business talents. Heartiest congratulations to everyone involved; may this early exposure help produce a new generation of competitive, innovative young entrepreneurs ready to drive the future economy.

DR. RUZIAH BINTI GHAZALI

YBhg. Dr. Ruziah Binti Ghazali is a prominent leader in Malaysia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, recognized with the Special Award for Master Coach in Education Development from TVETecoUSIM. She advocates for Islamic TVET and supports individuals with disabilities, contributing to the book “Nothing is Impossible – Success Stories of Persons with Disabilities.”

As a scholar and Islamic Woman Entrepreneur, she focuses on women’s and community development and was honored as Tokoh Saidatina Aishah during National Women’s Day in 2021.

Dr. Ruziah holds a PhD in Educational Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Science in Educational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Islamic Studies from the University of Malaya. She is also a licensed Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
